    Ramy Aqel is a Partner at Onal Gallant Bayram & Amin P.C.

    Since his graduation from law school in 2014, Ramy has been dedicated to the representation of victims of personal injury and medical malpractice. Before joining the Law Offices of Marc S. Albert, Mr. Aqel honed his legal skills while interning at the New York State Supreme Court and the Kings County District Attorney’s Office. Since joining the firm, Ramy has practiced exclusively in the field of civil litigation, focusing on representing individuals who have been injured due to negligence.

    Mr. Aqel has developed extensive experience in a variety of injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, construction accidents and slip and fall accidents, as well as medical malpractice cases. Over the course of Ramy’s ten-year career, Mr. Aqel has already successfully recovered over 50 million dollars for his clients. Mr. Aqel works tirelessly on each and every client’s case in order to achieve the just compensation that his clients deserve. 

    In addition to his experience as a personal injury and medical malpractice attorney, Mr. Aqel has also spent several years practicing immigration and criminal law. His experience with immigration law has led his clients to several noteworthy victories in federal court and the Immigration Board of Appeals.

Mr. Aqel played a leading role at the United Nations and the International Criminal Court in the implementation of human rights and equality advocacy campaigns in multiple countries, including the United States, Iraq, Syria, Colombia, Palestine, Yemen, and Haiti.
