Gokhan Guni is a Partner in the Texas office of Onal Gallant Bayram & Amin PC. Mr. Guni has a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from the University of Houston and Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Marmara in Istanbul, Turkey. His diverse international education and experience bring a unique perspective to his practice.
With over two decades of legal experience, Mr. Guni concentrates on Business Immigration, Corporate and Business Law, and Real Estate Law. He started his career in Turkey, where he co-founded two successful law firms, specializing in Company Law, Contract Law, Criminal Law, and Business Law. Since moving to the United States, Mr. Guni has focused on immigration law, assisting both businesses and individuals with a wide range of immigration matters. His expertise includes investor and employment visas, green card applications, family immigration, removal proceedings, and investment visas such as E1/E2 and EB5.
In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Guni has been actively involved in professional organizations. He served as the Leader of the Law Society for Gelisim Platformu from 2006 to 2010 and held executive positions in the Maritime Commission and Modern Lawyer Association in Istanbul. His leadership and expertise have been recognized with multiple awards from the Istanbul Bar Association.
